We moved!
We moved to our new house in Trophy Club! It was soooo bittersweet to leave our first home in Bedford. But we are also very excited about making new memories in our beautiful new house.
We officialy put our Bedford house for sale the Monday after we move and that's why we had the "coming soon" sign up for a while.

Luke is 19 months old!
I wish time would slow down a bit. 19 months old already!!!! I can't believe it. I guess I should start thinking about Luke's 2nd birthday party already. And I actually already have a couple of ideas for it.
We've been busy packing up the house for our upcoming move. It's so bittersweet to be leaving our first house. We've done so much to it and this is where we brought Luke home from the hospital.
Luke has had fun with all of the boxes around the house. He likes to help me fill them, then unpacks them, pushes them around, climbs inside of them, etc. So funny to watch him!
He is so talkative but we're still only getting gibberish from him. We just signed him up for preschool starting at the very end of August. He will go two days a week. I'm afraid English will take over in no time once he starts going but I guess getting him to speak and use words is the goal. I will continue to only speak to him in French though.
He's been much healthier this past month.
His new thing lately is to climb up on the couch by himself and he loves to get settled in the middle of all of the pillows to watch a dvd.
Some of his favorite things lately: the big yellow Tonka truck, the mega bloks, books, The Wiggles, the swing in the backyard, and water!
And a funny thing: he loves to eat lemons and limes!!! He will take a whole wedge and slowly suck on it and eat it!
